Frequently asked questions

• How does PhotoSweep work? Swipe right to keep photos, left to delete. Your choices are applied when you finish a session.
• Are deleted photos gone forever? Yes. Deleted photos are moved to your Recently Deleted album and will be permanently removed after 30 days.
• Does the app need full photo library access? Yes. PhotoSweep needs access to view and organize your photos. We never upload or share your photos.
• Can I undo a deletion? You can recover photos from the Photos app’s Recently Deleted album before the 30-day period ends.

PhotoSweep is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains how we handle your data.

Data we do not collect. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking. Your photos and your choices never leave your device.

Photo library access. PhotoSweep requests access to your photo library to display and organize your photos. All processing happens locally on your iPhone. We never upload, copy, or share your photos with anyone.

Data stored on your device. The app may store minimal local data (such as session state) on your device to improve your experience. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted elsewhere.

Third parties. We do not share your data with third parties because we do not collect any.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
